California State Mining and Mineral Museum Association
The main focus of the California State Mining and Mineral Museum, a California State Park, is public education. Park personnel, supported by Volunteers in Parks (VIPs), present a wide variety of educational programs. Tours are available year-round, but are most popular toward the end of the California school year (March, April, and May).
